A 4-week online group program to balance blood sugar, hormones, and energy
Good metabolic health is the foundation of how you feel, think, and function every day. It supports:
-
a stable mood and clear mind,
-
a regular, non-symptomatic menstrual cycle and fertility,
-
a pain- and acne-free body,
-
Steady energy throughout the day to do the things you enjoy.
-
How well your body can move through hormonal transitions such as perimenopause and menopause with more ease.
At the core of metabolic health is your body’s ability to keep blood glucose and insulin in balance. When this balance is disrupted, your system struggles to switch efficiently between burning glucose and fat for fuel. Because the brain is one of the body’s largest energy users, this imbalance is often felt as brain fog, energy crashes, irritability, or persistent fatigue — alongside cravings, hormonal symptoms, and reduced resilience.
This 4-week online group program helps you restore blood glucose balance and metabolic flexibility, so both your brain and body have reliable access to energy — supporting hormonal health, daily vitality, and long-term wellbeing.
We cover:
-
How hormonal shifts (especially in perimenopause) impact your physiology and metabolic health
-
The role of insulin and how to support low, stable insulin levels through food, movement, and stress management
-
How to eat in a way that supports your hormones, liver function, and gut health
-
Smart use of exercise to improve glucose control without overloading your nervous system
-
How to design a fasting routine that suits your body, hormones, and life stage

Learn from your own data
You won’t just learn the theory — you’ll see how your body responds.
Using a Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM), you’ll track your own glucose patterns in real time. This allows you to understand:
-
How food, stress, sleep, exercise, and fasting affect your blood sugar
-
Interpret your data with guidance
-
Make targeted adjustments based on real feedback, not guesswork
By learning through doing, you reconnect with your body’s signals and regain metabolic flexibility — your ability to easily switch between burning glucose and fat for fuel.
And within 4 weeks, most participants don’t just see changes — they feel them.

Meet the team
I'm excited to be teaming up for this program with my dear colleague, Jana Bačová. Jana and I are both passionate about this topic as we have personally both struggled optimising our blood glucose and insulin levels. Knowing how key this is as we move through perimenopause and menopause, and beyond - we want to share this information and insights to as many women as possible.
It is in our experience with working with all our clients, that supporting healthy glucose levels has been the foundational part in getting rid of most symptoms.
