Kennissessies
Het bewustmaken van managers en vrouwelijke medewerkers met kennis over de factoren die de gezondheid van vrouwen beïnvloeden, is een belangrijke stap in het ondersteunen van het algemene welzijn en optimale werkdeelname. Alle trainingen / kennissessies kunnen worden afgestemd op de behoeften van uw organisatie en worden gegeven in het Nederlands of Engels, zowel online als op locatie. Consultaties en programma’s over vrouwen-gezondheid zijn op aanvraag beschikbaar.

01.Manager Awareness Training
Hormonal shifts like perimenopause and menopause affect energy, focus, and wellbeing at work. Training managers builds awareness, reduces stigma, and ensures women feel supported—improving retention, performance, and workplace culture.
02.Menopause Transition
The menopause transition can begin as early as 35, marked by changing and often erratic hormone levels that may trigger a wide range of symptoms. By empowering women with knowledge about this natural stage, we give them the tools to better understand their bodies and support their overall wellbeing—both personally and professionally.
03.Intro to Women's Health
This training is an Introduction to how hormones influence the female physiology, what a healthy menstrual cycle looks like and what are the signs of imbalance. We also cover main drivers impacting women's hormonal health and how to influence hormonal balance through nutrition, lifestyle & stress mgt.
04.Stress & Hormonal Health
Chronic stress doesn’t just exhaust a person —it depletes metabolic reserves, disrupts hormones and severely impacts overall wellbeing. This training explores how cortisol impacts the female hormones, menstrual cycle, gut health, sleep, weight, and mood, and offers practical tools to build resilience and restore hormonal balance.
05.Nutrition & Hormonal Health
Nutrition is the foundation of hormonal balance. In this training, women will learn how food choices impact their hormones, energy, mood, and menstrual cycle—and how to build a nourishing approach that supports long-term hormonal health. We will cover common symptoms like heavy & painful periods, and PMS, and ways to support symptoms through nutrition.
06.Blood Sugar & Hormones
In this training, women will learn how the hormonal changes of perimenopause increase the risk of insulin resistance, making blood sugar regulation a key player in overall balance. Symptoms include fatigue, energy crashes, waking up tired and weight gain. We explore how glucose impacts mood, energy, cycle health, and long-term wellbeing—helping women recognize early signs of imbalance and take natural, effective steps to support their bodies.
07.Menstrual Cycle - the 5th Vital Sign
Menstrual cycle is more than a monthly rhythm—it’s a window into women's overall health. In this training, we cover what a normal cycle looks like, what isn’t normal, and common imbalances such as heavy or painful periods, missing cycles, PMS, PCOS, and conditions like endometriosis. Women will gain insight into how these patterns reflect hormonal balance, energy, mood, and long-term wellbeing, empowering them to understand their bodies and take proactive steps for optimal health.
