Metabolic Health Program

Regain your energy - reduce menopause & cycle related symptoms and belly fat - Invest in long term health.

More than one in two women...

In perimenopause & menopause have metabolic syndrome.*

Feeling tired, foggy, or stuck with stubborn weight?

The issue might be insulin resistance, one of the most overlooked drivers behind fatigue, weight gain, and hormone imbalance - especially for women in perimenopause & menopause.

Insulin resistance is a key driver of metabolic inflexibility - your body's ability to switch between using glucose and fat for fuel — leading to energy dips, stubborn weight gain, hormonal imbalance, and increased disease risk.

Good metabolic health is about:
  • Stable mood & bright brain

  • Regular, non-symptomatic menstrual cycle & fertility

  • Pain & acne free body

  • Steady energy throughout the day to do the things you enjoy

  • Your body's ability to go through hormonal periods of change such as menopause with more ease

Estrogen supports metabolic health. As estrogen drops:
  • Insulin sensitivity declines

  • Visceral fat increases

  • HDL (good cholesterol) decreases

  • Triglycerides rise (fat in your blood)

  • This increases the risk of cardiovascular disease, stroke & dementia.

About the Metabolic Health Program
